1. OUR POLICY Everyone has the right to the protection of personal data, a greater reason after the approval of the GDPR (EU 2016/679) very restrictive about this argumentation. MoneyMakerLand respects the right of its users to be informed about the collection and to other rights processing operations, MoneyMakerLand offers the ability to see everything at first in a very simple way.
In the processing of data concerning, directly or indirectly, identifying your person, we try to respect the principle of close need, minimize the use of cookies:
- we took active the necessary cookies necessary for the use of the portal (technical cookies);
- we have eliminated unnecessary cookies that are installed by default parts (Facebook, Twitter, ...); - we leave the possibility to choose if you accept consent for cookies not strictly necessary for the use of the site, but whose execution would make a significant improvement in the service offered.

In addition to the issue of profiling cookies, MoneyMakerLand tries to exclude the processing of your data when the purposes pursued can be raised with anonymous datas or by other means, which allow to identify the personal interest in case of necessity by request of the authorities and of the police forces.
This privacy policy gives you all the information you need to come as we collect and use the information you identify users of our portal, with particular attention to the words for which they are given, how long they are stored and who is able to access this documentation.

2. WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATAS Personal data is a data through which the recognition of a specific physical person is allowed: name and surname, e-mail address, home address, date of birth, IBAN, etc. Sometimes even the acquisition of more general information such as sex, political, religious or cultural orientation can fall into the category of personal data.
In the new GDPR regulation, IP addresses are also considered personal data, therefore we have adapted and managed this data we perform an encryption before the acquisition in order to be anonymous.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY When registering, MoneyMakerLand presents the classic registration form where the user, in order to create his own profile in the community, must provide his/her own information.
Now let's see the information that is requested and their reason.

-USERNAME: it is a fancy name not directly attributable to the physical person who uses it. Represents and identifies the user within the community and is used in place of the real name.

- EMAIL (personal data): you are asked to confirm your subscription and have a contact in case the user should be contacted for purposes related to the use of the portal. It is also used as an identification code to avoid the creation of doubles account. It is never shown within the site and will never be forwarded to third parties (except in cases provided by law).

- PASSWORD: personal secret code that allows access to the community to the account owner only. The password is encrypted at the moment of the registration and therefore neither MoneyMakerLand has the right to view it.

- NAME and SURNAME (personal data): the introduction of this personal information request dates back to September 2016 and are required only for precautionary purposes in the face of offenses. It happened that different users, hiding behind a username fancy, they have publicly left defamatory messages that required the intervention of the competent authorities. These informations are never shownwithin the site and will never be forwarded to third parties (except as required by law).

- NATION: the country of origin is requested without a precise domiciliary indication for the sole purpose of presenting the version MoneyMakerLand linguistics suited to the user: an Italian user will navigate in the Italian version, an American user will navigate in the English version.

- AGE (possible personal data): age is a possible personal data that, in some cases, could allow a recognition of the person. In MoneyMakerLand it is requested only for the purpose of guaranteeing registration only to natural persons who have completed the sixteenth (16) year of age: this data will never be shown within the community.

4. PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT BY THE USER In accordance with EU 2016/679 legislation, MoneyMakerLand has updated its provisions to ensure its users:
- the right to access your data at any time (section 2, article 15);
- the right to withdraw consent at any time or to amend and then modify part of it (section 3, article 16);
- the right to oppose and refuse the consent to the processing of data with a cancellation of the quick and available profile at any time (section 3, article 14);
- the right to be forgotten or to delete all personal and non-personal data (Section 3, Article 17);
- the right to choose the type of consent depending on how the data will be used (section 3 article 18);
- under no circumstances may minor data (under the age of 16, art.8) be collected.

5. WHO TREATS PERSONAL DATA AND FOR HOW LONG MoneyMakerLand is the owner of the processing of personal data of registered users through the site.
More precisely, MoneyMakerLand is a community created and managed by a single individual and, therefore, only this person has the ability to access the online database containing this information that is hosted at the Aruba service.

The collected data necessary for the correct use of the portal will be maintained until the user decides at any time and in total freedom to interrupt his participation in the project, while other control information (views, online users) are deleted within 6 months of their acquisition.
Please note that no personal information (NAME, SURNAME and EMAIL) is shown to the public and will never be sold to third parties (except as required by law) or for purposes other than those shown in the terms of use.
Also remember that MoneyMakerLand is not able to access user accounts to view any personal information because the password is encrypted upon registration and therefore it is not possible to recover it.

6. HOW PERSONAL DATA ARE USED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE Your personal data is collected and processed by MoneyMakerLand for purposes strictly related to the use of the website, its services and the purchase of products through the website. Your personal data may also be used in other processing operations, however, in terms compatible with terms of use.
In particular, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- within the processes of participation we collect your personal data through the registration form to provide you with access services to the reserved areas of our portals;
- within the information processes, if the user had activated the option, to send the MoneyMakerLand News by e-mail;
- to provide support services (Customer Service) we collect your personal data (such as user ID and email) for purposes necessary to give you all the information about the services rendered by our portal.

Your personal data are mainly processed in electronic format and in some cases also in paper format. Your personal data will be stored in the form that allows your identification for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, within the limits of the law:
- the data necessary for the use of the website will be maintained until the voluntary cancellation of the user;
- the data acquired for a temporary functionality will be eliminated within 6 months from the acquisition (online users, visits on bookings, click on banners, last insertions, monthly rankings, ...).

To ensure that your personal data is always accurate and up-to-date, however relevant and complete, please always update your data directly through your profile or by reporting the change through an email.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without your express consent. In addition, your data may be disclosed to police forces or judicial authorities, in accordance with the law and upon formal request by such parties, for example in the framework of anti-fraud services.
Your data will also be accessible to the Data Processors as indicated in par. 4 and for the specific purposes indicated in the same paragraph. In all these cases your consent is not necessary.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the public only with your consent and only in the context of the provision of services rendered through our portals. Upon your express consent MoneyMakerLand will be able to publish your comments on the home page as "testimonial" of MoneyMakerLand or because you will have won one of our contest. We inform you that MoneyMakerLand processes the personal data of its users only for purposes strictly related to the provision of services rendered through its portals and to communicate new commercial initiatives closely related to the activities and services of the website. MoneyMakerLand processes your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including by e-mail, only with your consent.

7. WHAT TO DO IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT TO GIVE TO MONEYMAKERLAND YOUR PERSONAL DATA Communication of your personal data to MoneyMakerLand and, in particular, your master data, your e-mail address is required with regard to the registration of free services made through your portals or the provision of other services rendered on your website on your request or when your data is required for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations. Any refusal to tell, at MoneyMakerLand, some of your data that may be necessary for such purposes could make it impossible for MoneyMakerLand to deliver services through its portals, such as participating in the community, providing support services (Customer Service) , send the Newsletter, properly comply with legal and regulatory obligations. HOW WE COLLECT DATA ON OUR WEBSITE As part of the use and navigation of our portals, it may happen that some personal data are collected automatically through "cookies" (view information cookies), as, for example, in the case of collection of the user's IP address and other information relating to the permanence of the website or the preferences expressed by the user in the choice of services offered by the site. This information and data are collected directly and automatically from the website and as part of its operation.
This information and data are then processed anonymously and aggregated for commercial and statistical purposes for the optimization of MoneyMakerLand services to the needs and preferences of users of the website.
In other cases, MoneyMakerLand collects directly from its users personal data and other information by filling in the MoneyMakerLand online forms: login, registration, usage declaration, etc.

9. AUTOMATIC INFORMATION COLLECTION MoneyMakerLand automatically collects certain information from the computer or device used to visit the portal. SECURITY MEASURES More than explained in the 9th paragraph, MoneyMakerLand has adopted security measures to minimize the likelihood of destruction or loss, including accidental, of the data, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing or non-compliant collection purposes specified in our Privacy Policy. However, MoneyMakerLand can not guarantee to its users that the measures taken for the security of the website and the transmission of data and information limit or exclude totally any risk of unauthorized access or data dispersion. 11. EXPRESS CONSENT MoneyMakerLand uses your personal data only with your consent that, according to EU legislation 2016/679, must be:
- freely expressed;
- specific;
- informed;
- unambiguous.
Moreover MoneyMakerLand offers its users to modify/update their consent at any time simply by accessing their profile and modifying user privacy settings.
