Il Quadro Remunerativo per gli Incaricati alle Vendite Amway ricompensa, per la vendita dei prodotti, te e tutti gli Incaricati che hai sponsorizzato. Potrai percepire un "reddito" extra grazie a:
• Ricarico sul prezzo di vendita dei prodotti al cliente.
• Bonus sulle prestazioni mensili dal 3% al 21% del volume d'affari in funzione della produttività mensile.
• Bonus mensili e annuali sulla leadership, altri premi in contanti e incentivi commerciali sulla base delle vendite del tuo gruppo di sponsorizzazione.


Passo 1: Conoscere. L'unico modo per capire a fondo i prodotti è utilizzarli. È importante sapere cosa possono fare questi prodotti se intendi proporli come soluzioni ai problemi dei tuoii clienti.
Passo 2: Vendere. Imparando a conoscere i tuoi prodotti scoprirai che molte persone attorno a te hanno bisogno di ciò che puoi offrire grazie alla tua attività Amway. La vendita diretta ti offre un modo semplice di guadagnare con la tua attività Amway.

Piano vendite e marketing

1) Il sistema bonus Amway dispone di un sistema di bonus che premia ogni successo in termini di volume di vendita. Il vostro bonus aumenta con il volume delle vostre vendite. Potete aumentare il volume delle vostre vendite acquisendo nuovi clienti o incoraggiando l’acquisto regolare per quelli già esistenti

2) Il guadagno I guadagni che potete ottenere con Amway sono rappresentati dalle provvigioni derivanti dalla vendita e dai bonus che percepite.
VP sta per Valore Punti. A quasi tutti i prodotti è associato un VP. Il VP complessivo di tutti gli ordini, trasmessi da voi e dal vostro gruppo in un mese, determina il vostro livello di bonus. Questa tabella illustra il VP che dovete realizzare ogni mese per qualifi carvi alle diverse percentuali di Bonus di Performance.
VV sta per Volume Vendite. La maggior parte dei prodotti possiede un VV che determina l’ammontare del bonus in euro, che riceverete in base al livello di “Percentuale di Bonus” che avrete raggiunto.
